Purpose of the Course

The purpose of this lab course is threefold:

  1. to demonstrate some important physical phenomena and concepts that complement Physics 201,

  2. to introduce you to proper laboratory procedures and teach you some basic laboratory techniques, and

  3. to give you confidence in your ability to take measurements and adequately analyze and interpret the data.
