$\vec{L} = (1.5\hat{i} + 2.2\hat{j}) \times (1.5)(4.2\hat{i} - 
3.6\hat{j})$
$\vec{L} = (-8.1 - 13.86)\hat{k} kg m^{2}/s$
we find that
$\vec{L} = -22.0 \hat{k} kg \cdot m^{2}/s$
