This week we will use the principles outlined by Abd-El-Halic, Bell & Lederman in their Nature of Science article to modify a lesson plan.
- Review the article entitled "The Nature of Science and Instructional Practice: Making the Unnatural Natural" by Abd-El-Khalick, Bell and Lederman labeled "NOSPaper" on the CD-ROM.

Perception and NOS Presentation
The topic of the presentation is the effect of prior knowledge on our understanding of things we observe.
- In order to get a head start on next week's assignment, you should start reading the book, The Golem, by Collins and Pinch. If you have not yet obtained this book, you are in deep trouble.
