Demos: Mechanical inverter and NAND gate (very primitive)
Enhancement MOSFET's and their use in CMOS inverters and NAND gates. Logic operations and binary
arithmetic: equivalence of binary multiplication to logic AND, and of the binary addition
to logic XOR for the sum bit and logic AND for the carry bit.
Flip-flops, elements of digital electronics.
