Those international participants who require a visa to enter the United States should apply well in advance of the Symposium (at least six months beforehand). Guidelines for visa applications can be found at the US State Department web site http://www.travel.state.gov/ or http://www.unitedstatsvisas.gov/. We can supply Letters of Invitation to the Symposium for those who request them. Those individuals who encounter difficulties should contact the organizers at uvaspin08@virginia.edu. |
